using LyX on Fedora Linux for almost ten years, and this is the first time
I encountered an issue. My guess is that Fedora 41 changed the texlive meta

counter, used the \refstepcounter command, placed the \label and \ref
commands in the document... It works on the pdf output... But the

Hm, you should get a lot of other messages. Did you select "graphics"
debug level before opening the file?
