I wanted to ask if people here who use LyX daily for academia have found/made a good UI file or color scheme for long hours of work to relieve strain on the eyes.
I've noticed that the default background, after a few hours of use, causes strain on the eyes, and I don't want to check every single possible color combination to see what works best. thanks in advance.
