Hi there, it's a long long time that I have been using lyx (on ubuntu previously and on mint now) with great satisfaction, for which I cannot thank enough the developers! :))
For a long (but, helas, shorter) time, I used to keep lyx up to date thank to the PPA set up by Liviu Andronic but it has been quite a while that it is not mantained. So my question is: is there the possibility to have sooner or later a new PPA for the stable, up to date version of lyx for ubuntu/mint or have I better to start learning how to compile and install it myself?
