Hi Keith, Sound Forge has some presets for RMS normalisation, and I've always
stuck with those guidelines. You're right, 0DB is definitely too loud when
you're using RMS.
Try -16DB for music, and -10DB for speech and see if that works for you.

Agreed, this is one of my favourite Apple Watch apps other than the fitness
stuff and my sleep tracker. You can get a Mac app for it too, so there's a
suite of Just Press Record apps and they're all accessible.
