Intercept Routing No Answer (IRNA)
This will direct an incoming call to a specific extension (165 for vm) if it
goes unanswered for x number of rings.
IRNA is set per trunk group (409-day/ 410-night), and the number of rings is
set in the timer section (203).

OK,
what is 2-way DID?
I know what it does when it comes in... what would it do going out?

Ha,
I just spotted a KXT7433 in a commercial for Broadway.com!
The lady is listening to a poorly dubbed answering machine (tvs?), pressing
buttons on her 7433.
It goes by pretty fast but they do show the phone about 3 times.

Is there a way to cut and paste from a Windows window to the DOS window of
the Pana software? That might ease speeddial entry.

Can caller id come through to a 7433 when the phone is busy, and calls are
dil 1:N?
i.e. the vm has not answered the call yet. Calls ring DIL 1:N, boss would
like to see caller id on his display when he is on the phone, since he is
often alone in the office.
Possible?

leaving a message, then pick up if they want to talk to them.

Got another DBS question for you ambidextrous people.
Customer has a DBS 824 and Panavoice voicemail.
They have 5 co lines and I needed to stop line 5 from being answered by the
voicemail.
When I got into the system I found that the vm greeting answers lines 1-4 on
a delayed ring but line 5 gets
