Matt,

Unfortunately, the Holiday mode cannot be switched remotely.
Here's what I usually recommend:
In the TVS100, you have both the "company greeting" and the "custom menu".

I usually would record a blank moment into the company greeting, then use
the custom menu for the whole greeting. Now, you can call in and record a
"closed for weather" into the company greeting, that will play before the
main menu/greeting. After the blizzard, all you have to do is erase that
comp. greeting by recording a blank pause over it and you are back to
normal.

If you are using the company greeting as part of the greeting, then you can
still record over it, but you may need to put the previous words into the
weather message too.

example---
Previous:
comp greeting: [blank]
menu: "thanks for calling xyz, inc., press one for sales, two for tech
support, ... 0 for the receptionist"

Now:
comp greeting: "You have reached xyz, inc. Due to the weather conditions our
office is closed today, stay on the line for our regular menu options"
menu: "thanks for calling xyz, inc., press one for sales, two for tech
support, ... 0 for the receptionist"

It works well that way.

Charles
