My mistake. When I first heard about "call monitoring" for ucd groups I imagined it was for supervisory monitoring, then I believed my own imagination. It is only for a 7456, 7436, 7235 to be able to monitor call status, # calls waiting, Total answered, total overflow, etc. Still useful info, but not what i had secretly hoped for. So we're back to trying find other ways to monitor the operators.
