That will delete co2 from the system. If you wanted to keep it in the system but just not make it the first co to call out on, that would be a different procedure, but since you said you don't use it anymore, I assume you mean it no longer exists and doesn't need to be there at all. <<If you just wanted to remove it from one phone temporarily, you could just change the button to something else.
