Ross,

you should be able to do that just by using the analog port of a digital
extension (xdp NOT turned on, so the analog is in parallel).
Once the pc is finished dialing, picking up the phone should cut right in
and take over the call. That's the way it works with my cordless I have in
parallel with my desk phone-- whichever is active it will be cut off when
the other goes off hook.
