Just to clarify, the tvs has a setting for the operator extension AND the operator mailbox. I usually leave the operator extension as 0, then it uses what ever ext. number you set as operator in the ksu. But the tvs has 998 as the default operator BOX. That can be changed to the number of the operator extension (101). When you do that, the operator messages will be left in 101 and the message light in 101 will work, too.
