Michael, Are the slt's alone on the jacks or are they plugged in with a digital phone?
I know you said you tried xdp on and off but I just want to be sure. > 691 parallel on or off, Also, the parallel on/off code should be 391 not 691 but I assume that was probably a typing error. A few other questions that might help narrow this down: How many slt's are you using? Did you try them on many other ports? such as on an expansion card port? Do the slt phones work properly on a direct line (they don't have a hidden "ringer off" switch)? Try one on a fax line. Or It could be the ring generator as Matt said.
