Oh, silly me, I forgot that I actually did that and it still didn't work. I only did it for one box, so I wonder if a short on one box/pair might affect the other?
Other related question though, I had a new 161 controller and knowing that it is not supposed to work on the older systems (-4), I tried it anyway since I didn't have 160 with me. Could a 161 cause damage to an non-5 ksu? After I realized that wasn't going to work, I took a 160 out of my office -5 system and put it on the questionable system. It didn't work either.
