No, the "general delivery box" class of service is only for the default 998
box.
If you have ext and box 132 to be used as an operator or general box, you go
into the tvs to the auto-attendant options, operator features and set
"operator mailbox" to 132.

Lost calls will still get sent to 998 occaisionaly but if you set the tvs's
operator box to the one you want, then you can have the use of the message
light on that extension.

With 998 you cannot set a mwl. You can only set  it to notify by ringing
another extension.

As far as I know the above info is correct, tho I wish it were different.
