You can load the odc file and get your chart displayed in LibreOffice Chart.
However, LibreOffice Chart is a bit clumsy at the moment. Thre is room
for improvement.

Reviewing en-US is a good thing once in a while, even if it gives us
more work, and I expect once fixed it will not change anymore.
As a side note, devs don't even write help pages to explain their new
features, and this doesn't help our translation job too.

A mistake was introduced in the help page for the function WORKDAY.INTL.
The help page refers wrongly to WORKDAYS.INTL which does not exist.
A fix is already in master.
