At the moment it is manual, although it is perfectly possible to set a
cron job to make it automatic in a period to be defined.

This is exactly what is in the master as of yesterday at Change-Id:

And by the way, under Firefox, you can hit Ctrl + u (view source) and
have a tab with the XHP source file.

To get the html rendered by the XSLT, use Firebug or hit Shift F5 to get
the console.
