HI,
Trying to set up strobes on a 1232. In the old 1232-11D we just set up
parallel extension in the programming and ran a duplex modular jack into the
wall plate. After moving to the KX-TD1232 this no longer worked.
The Wheelock strobes will work if plugged directly into the extension jack

I noticed on one vendor's web site they talk about the 2nd and 3rd display

Dear All,
I'm trying to connect our Digital Super Hybrid System KX-TD1232 to an NMS-based IVR
application for auto-attendant purpose. There
seems to be a problem in getting a dial tone from the PBX when it tries to transfer
the call from main line to extension. I had the
following questions and
-7 includes Caller ID hardware with the KSU. No programming updates or
changes from a -6.

Hello,
I tried to connect my KX-TD1232 with KX-TD184 card to the Cisco 3810 via TIE (E&M)
interface. My "best" result - when I connect the line and immediately choose it - I
can make one call. Then is no proper disconnection and this line hangs. I tried 5th
type of connection as shown in the man

Hello everybody,
We are planning to buy a new KX-1232-6. Currently, we are using a
KX-TD1232-2. I use programator to configure it.
My concern is if I will be able to use programator to configure the new
KX-TD1232-6. Does anyone is using programator with the new KX-TD1232-6? Any
problems? Comments?
disable DIL 1:N to the VM ports. That does not seem to do anything useful.
configure Ports 24 & 25 for voicemail.
configure DIL 1:1 to the extension group of voicemail (default x165)
suggest configure IRNA rings = 3 or 4 (default 12)
suggest configure IR B/NA -> x165 at each station

The main problem is that the switch keeps track of outside calls and treats them as
such when done as a straight flash-forward. That is, the ext will ring but not do the
auto-answer thing as with an intercom call.
We have a Melco RA-330 Remote Access unit installed here that almost does what yo
I have a client that has a KX-TD1232 in his home. He wants to be able to
call in and hit VM, then select an option to intercom any station(handsfree)
direct from CO. What is the most effective way of approaching this, and can
it be done behind a password? Thanks,
