Well, apparently it's somewhat intermittent. All out- and incoming lines are on the 23 channel KX-TD290 PRI. When an outside party is called and conferenced in with another outside party he can sometimes barely hear the original outside party, but hear the inside party just fine. This continues when the inside party hangs up and leaves the other two connected.
