But if the KSU has the call on hold, music is played. Thus when you dial an extension and it is busy, the TVS knowing it is busy, manages and holds the call to determine if you want to wait, try another extension or leave a message. It is not until the call is released from "management" by the TVS that you will hear MOH. Just think of your process of how the call is routed and you can determine if MOH will be heard. One way to get MOH is to set up extension transfer sequence to FXD, this is where the TVS will DISCONNECT the call from its' management and the KSU will handle routing.
