I would like to throw another question out to the group. You guys were so helpful and quick to respond to my last question. (Don't think of it as pure flattery -- more as a challenge!) I have two KXTD1232s tied together - one has two extension expansion cards and is pretty loaded, while the second cabinet has only been installed a couple of months (since learning of the wait 5 minutes using version -3 software) and is pretty bare.
Now I have an occassional reset. The phones go down and then come back like it was a power event. All conversations drop. I have not been in the phone closet to see the cabinets while the event occurs, but this is my observation. This did occur before I tied the two systems together, but seems to be occurring with more frequency. Any ideas? Or history with this sort of thing? Should I be saving my pennies for a new system?
