Just seeing if anyone has seen the behavior where the TVS-120 automated
attendant, while holding calls destined for busy extensions, fails to access
and play the Music on Hold for callers in between "Do you want to continue
holding" messages.

The TVS-120 Auto Attendant WILL play the hold music when transferring calls
to on-hook extensions or when paging on behalf of callers.  It seems that
only when an extension is busy and callers agree to hold that the music on
hold is not available.  Actually, the music is heard for a split second and
then the caller experiences silence until the next "do you want to continue
holding" message which is, of course, not an ideal caller experience.

Any ideas?
