Hello all: The KX-TD1232 has three nylon cable retainers for the station cables. Two wrap over each of the two internal station cable plugs. These retainers are in two parts that pop into blind holds on either side of the plugs. The third cable retainer is a single piece that wraps around all of the cables before they exit the bottom of the phone system.
The cable retainers that wrap around the station cable plugs have oxidized from age and broke. Does any one have a source for replacement parts for the nylon cable retainers? Best regards, Paul H.
