Well it is feature or bug of QS. It happen very often, that you proceed
email by QS, client drop connection due to timeout, but QS inject email
into queue instead of dropping email, because client has closed
connection. It often happen with email, that need longer time to proceed
(+30 seconds).

Using maildrop v2.3+ causes qmail-scanner to break with "Unknown
character set: ANSI_X3.4-1968". Reverting to 2.2 causes the errors to
go away.
Running the reformime commands manually (both from 2.2 and 2.4) produces

Fpscan is not deamonized and its detection time is 20x-100x slower that
Clamav or Fpscand. It also double load of your server.
Fpscand is running in single thread and quite often get stuck. I belive,

I finally made the jump from 1.25 to 2.01 and decided this would be
a good time to also apply the qmail-scanner patch from Salvatore.
First off, this is excellent work, I will be sending a donation. I
did run into a few issues though, mainly with the
settings-per-domain option.
