The files I have deleted but even the first error message had nothing to do with that. It was really just the absence of qmail-todo that triggered it. > Try increasing softlimit. Thanks. I don't know for sure that this problem did never occur without the patch. I might just never have realised. However, I'll try increasing the softlimit and see if that gets me rid of it.
