Qmail-Scanner has no mention of the string "$nprocess". You are not using the standard Qmail-Scanner! What is it?
Salvatore Toribio (the author of the "ST" Qmail-Scanner extension) has already replied to you say that you are not even running his version. So neither of us know what you are running.
