Do you mean why you "added" it?  I had to remove the check for "!" to
make this work.  I've had zero problems with it.

I've decided against this approach and just created the dirs I needed
in /var/spool/qscan/quarantine and will run a cron to move them to
the user's real IMAP maildir.
