Another option would be to simply allow SpamAssassin to score RBL hits
highly. We do that here instead of running RBL in front of Qmail so that
our stats are more thorough. Yes - a much large performance hit, but we
can actually see that message X, from Y to Z with Subject: line "QQQQ"
was blocked with a score of 300/5. Same end effect as RBL - but with
much better logging ;-)
