downloaded from Best Buy. One thing different from what Esther
suggested was once the URL was obtained from the header with
Command-L, I tried Option-Enter and that actually downloaded the file

I converted from POP to IMAP quite some time ago as gmail implemented IMAP a
while after POP was going. Any messages you have on gmail's server will remain
probably in the All mail folder on gmail. I'm not quite sure on the computer
side; you might wanna backup that mail folder(s) separately.
Another approach I often use when there is a bunch of windows open like in the
finder, is to press VO-F2 twice and just move up and down the list of windows
and open the one I want. Sometimes I find this to be faster than rotoring
around with Command-` key.
