Yes, with serious bugs like this by all means, contact the a11y folks at Apple. I've had them tell me several times that the more pings they get the higher priority a problem is given. I haven't upgraded to Mavericks yet so cannot report this one yet. The other improvements make it sound like I can go ahead and update now. This iBooks thing has been a problem right from the start or I should say various problems have pleagued this application all along. Oh, are the buttons still unlabeled?
