I am having a problem when I download a change to my kx-td 1232 -4
system. Every time I do this I loose all the assignments of the
flexible keys on all the phones, All of the ring groups turn to a
"9". I know there are only 8. I am not sure what version of the
software I am using, And I am not
Plantronics pulsar with generic bluetooth adapter. Probably need adapter 3,5 to
2,5. Jabra makes one too.

use KX-TD7695 KX-TD7685 KX-TD7696 sets or the KX-WT125/6 phones.
Can anyone compare/contrast them?

I have a customer with a 50 with the network card. At present, I have the
IP of mail server set, not the name. I thought the latest rev. included DNS
lookup, but on my last visit I tried using the name & failed.
Later it occurred to me that I hadn't seen a field for setting DNS servers;
and
Have a "50-50" [TDA & TVA] just installed in a in-home bizness.
We set up AA on both business & resi numbers just to avoid "Vote for nnn"
and teleslime. ("dial 2 for boss, 3 for her spouse")
But need some way to make it obvious in the living areas who a call is for;
the office is one end

The basic issue is how to tell which station is ringing, at a distance.
It's easy if sitting at a desk in the office.
We're going to change ring tones on the 343's, but nearer phones will POTS
ones. I'm thinking 'wasting' several SuperHybrid ports on such [We
s 1 to leave message, or dial another ext. What we need to
happen is to have call go directly to voicemail after 3 rings.

Actually there are two versions of the software sold by www.pbxsoftware.com
and for around $35 each, they are a good bargain. I just recently changed
out my KXT123210 for a KXTD1232 and the have used both versions. They are
very similar as to look and feel. You can indeed save and restore system
KXTD+TVS102
Main folks use Custom/auto attendent themselves.
A subtenant gets his own lines 1:1'ed to his extension.
The CO line have CFB. His station has FWD enabled..
But now he's getting an assistant. Currently he'll have
a POTS, not a 7433.
Now, what approaches can be used so the assistant

In the UTILITY command you have to enable all comands and then at the $
prompt you have to type in SFCC this will set your device notification timer
at 0-120 minutes..

I am setting up a KX-TA624 phone system with KX-T7335 telephones.
I an having a problem with the Caller ID Identification (Common & Personal)
feature. I have set this up with one of the Programmable Feature buttons
using the instructions from page 4 of the phone manual: (CO) -> 6 ->

I am setting up a KX-TA624 phone system with a TVS50 Voice Processor.
I am using the Caller ID Routing feature which works great. That means that
callers on my list bypass the auto-attendant and ring straight through to
the extensions I assigned.
I also have the FAX detection card installed.
I am setting up a KX-TA624 phone system with a TVS50 Voice Processor.
I have set up program numbers 414 - 416 to DIL to jacks 07 & 08 so that all
callers go to the Auto-Attendant. This part works great and callers can
dial 101 or 102 (etc.) and ring the extensions.

Anyone have a Pollcat or similar for sale?
For the uneducated [as I was until a few days ago..] a Pollcat
is a RS232 SMDR buffer. It stores data until you download it.
Some have modems, some network ports. We can use a simple
232in/232 out model, I think.

The MOV has No Klew as to waveform. It just knows peak vol

It seems as though there is a problem with the "list".
I changed ISP's and have not been able to post to the list.

Why don't the PT's have a real choice of ringing sounds? They all
have the same ...flavor... and people seem to migrate to one or
2 of the "choices" making it a PITA to know when it's yours.
