Correct. The programming engineers seem to want you to use box 998 and specify an operator's extension. It *will*, then, light the light on that extension, but the specified operator extension cannot own any other (personal) mailbox. I do not like the "General Delivery Mailbox" and avoid any usage of it and even re-record the GDM greeting prompts with something like"This mailbox is not in use. Please dial #8, 101".
