I am having a problem when I download a change to my kx-td 1232 -4 system. Every time I do this I loose all the assignments of the flexible keys on all the phones, All of the ring groups turn to a "9". I know there are only 8. I am not sure what version of the software I am using, And I am not at my computer to check it out right now, the software is about 2 years old now. Any one else have this problem or as related one which may help me.
