We have made progress since the last post. I disabled the ext. group 1, which is essentially all extentions but the VM ports. We are now getting a busy signal when intercomming an ext. in use. We are not there yet, though, because we need to have the busy ext. user aware that they are being paged/called with some sort of tone or beep. There was reference to pressing the '1' button after dialing the ext., but we have not been able to figure that one out. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
