Older versions did not have trunk service. If that is the case you have to
split the ports up. Port 1 custom 1, port 2 custom service 10. Change night
ring on ksu to ext for port 2 (165, 166).Put 165 & 166 in different groups
to. If the vm has 4 ports the split would work better.

The timer comes into play only when you are making a call (roh). It only
mutes the transmit side. Incoming is completely different. Sounds like
the ans machine is in parallel with the line. Whenever the second phone
(analog) connected to the same line goes off hook at the house the

opening another office in the same complex about 100 or so yards away.
They want to have an extension there. I had info on a long range
cordless set that would solve their problem. I think it a genius
wireless phone.

I have a viking door unit that connects to a trunk port on a td816-4.
Once the call comes in you can send it wherever you need to. I am sure
you can get the kxt824 to do the same thing with a viking door unit
attached to a trunk port.

I know where the page port is. What I should have said was I do not know
how to access the external page port through the system phones. Zone
paging through the system is *3301 through *3316 for zones 1 to 16. The
td systems you dialed 33* to all call which included the external page

sure you have a 4 conductor line cord connecting the same kxtd station
