Everyone The journey started out just deleting a station from night ringing. Customer forgot his LCS password. I looked at operator manager section. I used the manager phone (101). I did what the book said, pgm, 99, 06, station XXX, store. Turned out the software version was a -1 for a D1232. I put zed around until I got pgm, 99, *, 112. store. After I was done put zing the single lines could not get an outside line by dialing 9.I can dial other stations and feature codes from the single lines. I can dial 9 from any of the multiline sets and it works. I left still not knowing why the single line phones can not get an outside line by dialing 9. Any thoughts
