    That is the way it is bud. The switch can route calls based on the 
cid info. My uncle Ernie liked to stick his finger in the hole, turn the 
wheel and let it go. He loves the clicking sound it makes as the rotary 
dial makes its way back. He was really pissed off that he had to push 
buttons now instead of sticking his finger in the hole and watch the 
wheel go around. People don't like change. He got over it to.
