Your nt platform is probably an active voice or key voice. In any case 
the manufacturer should have given you a key sheet or cut sheet of 
things you need to do to integrate their product with the td product. I 
have a dos based key voice 4 port connected to a kxtd816 and it works 
flawlessly. I don't get live call screening or the record feature. The 
record feature would be handy but live call screening in a business 
application I have never used. In band signaling is always used in 
single line integration. Digital integration uses out band integration 
or the data channel. Just like isdn uses 2b and 1d channel (2b+1d).
