David I would get certified bud. It will pay for itself in no time. Main advantage is the phones. TDA has 24 buttons with lights (7633, 7636) much better looking and working. Caller ID works ok. Call waiting caller id has not worked well with either switch. Customers always want the new switch to act just like their old one. Sometimes we just don't know how to say NO to some of the silly requests.
