After reading all the stuff said about this topic I would take the side of Able comm. Even though internet sales have taken away business for me locally. It is not their responsibility to fix every stinkin problem you do it your selfers have. I would not ship a thing without resolving the money issue first. Maybe hiring someone that knows what they are doing would have solved the problem. The learning curve for us is a long one. We spend a great deal of time and effort getting proficient with these systems. The toughest part is dealing with the pilot not the plane. People are the most unpredictable. The systems are very predictable. I would not have let the problem go on as long. Finding a polite way to tell you are on your own would have been my approach. You can not make every one happy and to think that you can is foolish.
