My gear brackets are made of cast aluminum, and my fear is that if the
legs are not tightly fit, then maybe that may induce some cracks.

How are you routing the fuel lines through the tank sides? Are you drilling a
hole, floxing, then using an AN fitting, or just running a hard line though a

Looking for information on the "magic number" for torquing assemblies to the
main spar (like the W.A.F.'s.) I've heard/read 10 ft. lbs. but just wanted to
see what others were doing. The ole that-feels-about-right method might be
