SCAT is the standard on most aircraft installations.... http://aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/scat.php It's really flexible, and used almost everywhere... SCEET... Well I haven't actually seen it used much (someone else can jump in here) but it's basically SCAT with another layer of silicone that traps the wire... I suppose in really high temp applications, it would be useful... http://aircraftspruce.com/catalog/appages/sceet.php They are both really flexible (SCAT more so than SCEET). As for the y's, a quick search at AS&S found this... http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/eppages/2diaytube.php I'm sure there are other sizes available. If you can't find some size that you are looking for, I'd be willing to make you something if you like... Contact me off-net. Matt
