Well I didn't want to sound like a solicitor before, but since the thread was started... I'm all set up for powder coating and have done many parts for people already... If anyone is interested in having parts coated (including high temp, or cermakote) give me a private email off-net...

They even stock some powder in standard colors. I bought a gun about a year ago, but I returned it after I read the directions and learned that I could not cure the parts in my home oven because it apparently makes toxic gas. The gas is also explosive so I could not use my gas oven anyway even if it was outside. If you have an electric oven in your backyard you can use it. They do sell a small powder coat oven also, but it costs a lot more than I wanted to spend since I can send parts out from work to a professional powder coater cheap.
