On the Chesapeake, that boat is rated 174, including the prop. Chesapeake considers the prop as standard. There's no adjustment for hank-on sails. The asym sail (spinnaker?) is rated depending on its size, it may call for a 3 second decrease in the PHRF number, but it depends on where it is atta
