I tried moving a mailbox in classic mail and in the regular version, and of
course got the same error message in both that the mailbox is not draggable. I
also wasn't able to do it the old way with a VO shift space bar, which is what
worked a few weeks ago when I first wanted to move the mailbox
using the regular view, not Classic.

Hey All,
Not sure if this is device specific. I am running the latest build of High
Sierra and Numbers. And Numbers will not allow me to type anything in the
Column header rows. I am talking about the first row going down vertically.
Anyone else having this issue? Thanks,
