I tried moving a mailbox in classic mail and in the regular version, and of course got the same error message in both that the mailbox is not draggable. I also wasn't able to do it the old way with a VO shift space bar, which is what worked a few weeks ago when I first wanted to move the mailbox. I ended up having someone who could see move it, and have not tried since, if someone figures something out, let me know as I would love to be able to do it on my own if I have to in the future.
