provides and disconnect or an EFA to the central office. Sounds as though you
have disconnect activated and EFA needs to be turned on. Dont remember what
line, so you may need to do a search through the 990 program,

phone come back into the system as a trunk port. Have that trunk port DIL to an

One way you can do this is to setup a mailbox for the group and in the
greeting, tell the caller that all operators are busy and to either press 0 to
continue holding for the next operator or to leave a message at the tone.
Then set Operator Coverage as the same extension as the group.
What is the ext number of the phone that you are using for the XDP. If the
phone ext is 101 than the xdp port is 201. If the jack number for the phone is
1-1 than the xdp is 1-2.
Better way is to DIL the CO 7 to the actual extension number of the XDP, which
should be a 2xx number.

In the voicemail box setup, set ALL CALLS TRANSFER to mailbox ENABLED. This
will allow the auto attendant to transfer a caller to his mailbox. But you CAN
NOT do a Voicemail Transfer for a caller. You will need to TRANSFER to
Voicemail ext, then Dial POUND, 6 plus the mailbox number to transfer
program a few speed dial numbers in the TDA50 system. Then export that file.
That will show you EXACTLY how the fields need to be. Make the adjustments in
the old TD1232 file, then up load. One error will mess the entire load. So you
might want to do about 50 at a time.
