You have the answer. Forward to a Phantom Extension and place that extension on
the group of phones that will cover. Since she already can forward to another
extension, the CO lines must be DIL to her ext. Now when she forwards to the
phantom, it will ring where ever the phantom is assigned.

Subject: KX-T: Call Forwarding on a KXTD816

Hi

I cannot figure out how to set this feature up can anybody help:

When the receptionist leaves her desk she would forward all calls to another
extension which was fine. Now the receptionist wants to forward calls to a
group of extensions I have set the group up using a floating extension
number but it doesn't appear to be forwarding correctly. Is there another
way of doing this ..phantom extension???

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Michael
