Yes, use the EFA Transfer instead of the Trunk to trunk. You just need to have
the local service provider to enable Call Transfer" service onto the clients
lines. No db loss and none of the client lines are used, where as the trrunk to
trunk uses 2 lines per call.

Subject: KX-T: TDA200 CO to CO transfer calls too quiet

We just got a new TVA200 and set up our custom service prompt to
automatically transfer some calls when the caller wants to talk to a
sales rep in another state.
The problem here is that the volume diminishes too much for the rep to
hear the caller well.
Something to do with dB loss on the first call and then more dB loss on
the second call.

Is there a solution out there?
We have about 15 sales reps so an economical solution would be great.

Thanks!
