It's been years since I had to reset a 308, but you have to get inside the box. Once there, there are jumpers that need to be shorted and then power the system down while holding a shot on the jumpers. You will need to find the actual procedure somewhere on line. Try www.panasonichelp.com. I only had to do this once, so I don't remember the step by step procedure, only that I could not believe what I had to go through for a simple reset. Might have been the reason I never sold another one.
