Randy,
 
Somewhere in the 990 program, there is a section to define if a "flash" 
provides and disconnect or an EFA to the central office. Sounds as though you 
have disconnect activated and EFA needs to be turned on. Dont remember what 
line, so you may need to do a search through the 990 program, but it is there.

 I have a problem that I hope the gurus of this list can help me with.
 
 I have an KX-TD816 that drops calls when flashing over to the second call on
 the same line.
 
 Flash time was set at 600msec and I dropped it to 300 thinking it may be too
 long. No difference.
 
 Any ideas?
