It should be available under i18n.debian.net. The details
of impacts and locations would be included in the announcement.
Sorry for the delay and problems.

The new pseudo-package should be a useful to the new i18n
"Task Force". Don, that's just for reference, I'm sure that Gerfried
and others could provide some more informations and background to
explain why we would like the pseudo-package.

There are also plans to work on DDTP as part of the Debian
i18n infrastructure, I'm very happy with the news and I'm cc:ing
- -i18n because I really would like to
hed the potfile.

Hmmm, it depends on how the ftp-master team will deal with that.
There is a working version of DDTP at ddtp.debian.net and the
Translation-* files can be updated, we still need to check impact in
SecureAPT and related mirror/archive is
e, give me a couple of weeks to finish that. :)
I'm sure that, as soon as we bring a proposal of changes,
specially based on already discussed topics from my very old previous
post, Christian and others will show up to comment about and set some
targets.
So, I'm sincerely he
to help with that, but we still need i18n
coordinators approval and some input from www team.
BTW, I don't see a need to split debian-users-portuguese and
debian-devel-portuguese.
